Founded in 1971, Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and non-destroy animal shelter in Terryville, CT staffed exclusively by volunteers.

Their mission includes being able to rescue, house, feed, clean and medicate stray, abandoned, injured, neglected and abused dogs, cats, puppies and kittens, to rehabilitate the animals and find suitable, caring, permanent homes.
